Thank you for scheduling an appointment to visit New Roads School! We are excited to welcome you to our campus, introduce you to our students, and learn more about your institution.
Before your arrival, please review our new College Rep Visit Model and our Visitor Policy described below. Thank you.
New College Rep Visit Model:
Mini College Fair (11:55am-12:30pm)
Please arrive at New Roads School 10-15 minutes before the fair begins to allow plenty of time to set up your table before the event.
All our college visits will take place as a lunchtime mini college fair in our outdoor college counseling courtyard, weather permitting. This space does not have audio/visual equipment, but you are welcome to bring a laptop or tablet if you have visual aids. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the space.
Visitor Policy:
All New Roads' guests are required to check in with security prior to entering campus. Security will ask for your driver’s license or state identification card, which will be scanned in New Roads' Guest Management system prior to entering campus.
Guests are not permitted to go to other locations on campus if it has not been previously arranged. Guests must go directly to their designated location, and upon finishing, return directly to the gate they used to enter campus to check out with security.
